My IHG Points Were Stolen, and IHG Won’t Help – This was a lot of points to be taken from you. I hope that IHG will change their stance and a resolution can be obtained.

Confession: The Miles I Missed and Mistakes I’ve Made – I missed out on a lot of points because I didn’t realize how easy it was to put everyday spend on a points credit card and watch the balances grow. I think I also had hard earned miles (butt in seat) expire as well.

How to Get a Metal American Express Platinum Card – As you’ve probably heard, American Express raised the price of the Platinum card and they converted the new cards to metal as well as added the uber credit. It is now possible for existing cardholders to order a new metal card prior to them automatically sending it out.
