Access

I accessed The Club Las Vegas Terminal 3 thanks to my Priority Pass membership.

Priority Pass grants access to you and up to guests regardless of the airline you travel.

Location

There are two locations of The Club Las Vegas. The first one is located in terminal 1 and it leaves much to be desired as it is a small and limited service lounge.

The second location of The Club Las Vegas is in Terminal 3 near gate E2.

The Terminal 3 location is much larger and has more food and beverage options.

Arrival

Upon arrival at the desk I noted two other guests waiting and two staff members present.

After waiting for about one-minute an agent invited me to the desk and he offered assistance.

After I provided my Priority Pass and boarding pass, the agent processed the registration and he returned my card and asked me to sign the Priority Pass terminal. Once that was complete the agent welcomed me into the lounge.

The lounge was 60% occupied when I arrived.

Lounge Setup

The Club Las Vegas Terminal 3 is setup in four sections.

The first section is located near the entrance and it consists of the bar, buffet and bar and community table seating.

The bar offered a variety of wines, alcohol and beers which were complimentary.

A bartender was available to prepare cocktails.

Lounge Experience

I took a seat in the third section of the room and relaxed and used my computer for a while.

I selected a leather chair. The leather chair was comfortable and I was able to relax in the room.

The temperature in the room was very warm throughout the visit.

I visited the bar and the bartender greeted me promptly and welcomed me.

After I requested a vodka cranberry she prepared it promptly in front of me and she offered a lime. I accepted and the bartender offered additional assistance.

After I declined, she thanked me and asked me to enjoy.

The vodka cranberry was served in a small glass and it had a good level of alcohol. The drink had a good taste.

I visited the buffet and selected tomato bisque soup, bread and some vegetables and tomatoes.

The soup was served hot. The tomato bisque had a slightly sweet flavor but was tangy.

The bread was fresh and it was good for dipping in the soup.

The vegetables and tomatoes were chilled and they were fresh and had a good taste.

A server greeted me while I was seated and she offered to remove my used dishes.

One departure announcement was made in the lounge for the British Airways flight. No other notices were made.

Departure

When I was ready to depart the lounge, the bartender smiled and made eye contact with me when I walked by.

My departure was acknowledged by the agent at the reception desk when I walked by.

The lounge was approximately 30% occupied when I departed.

Overall

My visit to the Club Las Vegas Terminal 3 was much more enjoyable than the visit to the lounge in Terminal 1. The staff I interacted with were polite. The lounge was clean and the only negative aspect was the temperature which was uncomfortably warm during the visit. The food was good and the drinks were also enjoyable.
