Ground Experience

Mobile boarding passes were not available for the flight so I had to check in at the desk. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I received my boarding pass. The staff that I interacted with was polite. The gate agents were also friendly and they processed my boarding pass quickly when it was time to get on the plane.

Aircraft

The aircraft was a 787 in the same configuration as the flight to Tokyo.
