During the time of my visit salmon was available along with sticky rice, pea puree. In addition two soups were available.
In addition to the excellent hot food, a salad bar was available with fresh lettuce and various toppings.
Two pre-made salads were also present with a tangy dressing.
Cookies were available at the middle of the buffet.
Two coffee stations were available. One across from the bar and one in the main lounge area.
Water stations were available with tea, fruit infused water and filtered water.
All the food had signs present and it looked appealing.
Lounge Experience
I took a seat at one of the green couches and relaxed.
Three staff members passed by me and greeted me and welcomed me to the lounge.
After relaxing a bit, I approached the bar and the bartender greeted me as soon as I arrived. I requested a bloody mary that was spicy and he thanked me and prepared it quickly.
The bartender presented it and asked me to enjoy.
The Bloody Mary was tangy and it had an excellent spice level. The vodka was smooth and it was garnished with a lime wedge.
I made a salad from the buffet and had some rice and peas.
The salad was fresh and it was served chilled. The lettuce was tender and fresh. I topped the salad with tomatoes, beats and blue cheese. All the ingredients were fresh and it had an excellent taste.
The rice was seasoned well and it went well with the peas. The peas were fresh and had a good taste and flavor.
The food was excellent overall and it is amazing when you can have a restaurant like meal at an airport lounge.
I relaxed and caught up on a bit of work in the lounge.
I returned to the bar and asked for a drink recommendation. The bartender suggested the Blue Door which is American Express Centurion Lounge’s signature drink.
I accepted and he prepared it in front of me in a shaker.
The drink was served in a cocktail glass.
The drink was strong and it had a tangy flavor.

When I was ready to depart the lounge, a server was near me when I got up and he thanked me for coming to the lounge and he wished me a good day.
