Lounge Experience

I selected a seat at Korean Air Lounge Tokyo Narita in the main area and relaxed for a few minutes.

I utilized the WiFi connection using the password provided at the reception desk without issue.

I inquired at the reception desk about a shower and they said that the lounge did not offer showers.

I selected a Japanese Beer and utilized the machine to pour it.

The beer was served chilled and it was light and had a good flavor.

I also sampled a croissant which was served in a pre-packaged plastic bag.

Departure

After enjoying my drink and snack, I departed the lounge. There were two staff members present at the desk and they both thanked me sincerely and wished me a good day when I departed the lounge. The lounge was at 80% occupancy when I departed.

Overall

The lounge was good overall. It was on the small side and it felt a bit crowded. The agents at the reception desk were polite and welcoming. The beer was fresh and served chilled. The seat was comfortable and I was able to relax for a few minutes.
