American Airlines has Eastern Europe on Sale from Los Angeles and San Francisco for around $650.
The deal is available for $650 to Denmark and Sweden and $680 to Norway.

Stockholm, Sweden – ARN

The deal is available on American Airlines for travel until May 2016. It unfortunately requires a 7 day minimum stay. So this is not good for a mileage trip but if you want to get to Eastern Europe for a week this would be a good option.
I have been watching this Netflix show called Lilyhammer which is about a mob guy that moved to Norway and setup a mob there. It is a good show and you see a lot of the great scenery in Norway.
