Date: December 7, 2015

Flight: Delta 616

From: Singapore – SIN

To: Tokyo – NRT

Aircraft: 767-300

Seat: 9B

Because of my complicated routing for this run I was unable to print a boarding pass in advance and was required to get one at the Delta counter in the airport, which opened at 4:30AM I believe it was. They checked my passport and printed up all my boarding passed, after which i returned to my room at the transit hotel to wait out the next hour before boarding.

The security process was very quick, the flight was maybe 2/3 full. Boarding began on time. When I reached the front of the line the gate agent bowed and thanked me for being a Diamond and welcomed me on the airplane.

The aircraft was a 763-300 and the Delta One cabin was configured in a 1-2-1 setup. My seat was 9B.

The boarding process was smooth, I took my seat quickly and actually dozed off for a few min, my bodies internal clock was so far off at this point I couldn’t remember what day it was. Because of this I really didnt document much other then my quick meal.

I relaxed in the seat and napped most of the trip. Watched a little tv on my iPad. Curiously the flight seemed to have WiFi but it wasnt functional, so i received 7,500 miles as compensation. Kinda frustrating when I had purchased the international GoGo pass for this trip at a cost of $80.

Shortly before landing the flight attendants came around and distributed a hot towel and cleaned up the cabin. Overall the flight was extremely unremarkable, food and hard product was just fine, but nothing exceptional.
