The ceremonies typically have a lot of celebrities and media present to celebrate the special occasion.
Carnival Jubilee
Carnival Jubilee is an Excel Class Ship homeported in Texas that offers Texas sized cruises to the Caribbean.
The ship is a sister to Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration!

The ship has Bolt the famous rollercoaster at sea as well as some awesome read for fun.
Guests can dine at least one time in two specialty restaurants including Cha Bing as well as the Italian place Cucina Del Capitano.
Jubilee Naming Ceremony
Carnival Jubilee’s naming ceremony will take place in Galveston on Saturday, February 24, 2024 while the ship is in her Texas Homeport.
The naming festivities will take place between 10:30 AM until 5:00 PM when the ship sets sail for the Caribbean.
Godmother
Gwen Stefani was named as Carnival Jubilee’s Godmother and the famous singer will be on hand at the ceremony to officially name the ship.
The artist will perform some of her hit songs as well as participate in all the festivities of the day.
