This article is Celebration Key Portals Announced. It is about two areas on Carnival’s new Private Island Celebration Key which have been announced to the public.

Celebration Key
Carnival Cruise Line owns two private beach destinations for sister brands including Half Moon Cay for Holland America and Princess Cays for Princess.
Some smaller Carnival ships make regular visits at the two beach clubs.
Earlier this year, Carnival announced Celebration Key, which will be Carnival’s exclusive beach club at Grand Bahama Island.
The island will have numerous portals or unique areas for guests to enjoy their time in the sun.
Portals Announced
Carnival released details about two portals on this island last week.
In total the island will offer five unique portals.
The first two are Paradise Plaza and Calypso Lagoon.
Paradise Plaza
The first portal will be guests first view of the island as they depart the ship.
Guests will walk on a colorful road leading up to a sandcastle structure with water features.
The sand castle is 10-stories high and will be perfect for photo opportunities. Live music will welcome guests and set the tone for a fun day in the sun.
Paradise Portal leads to all the other portals on the island.
The area will feature a Bahamian-themed fountain and ice cream shop.
Calypso Lagoon
The second area announced on Celebration Key is Calypso Lagoon.
This portal offers a large swimming pool as well as private cabanas for rent surrounding the pool.
The adults only area on Celebration Key is located in Calypso Lagoon.
The adults only area offers a large swim-up bar with a DJ. This will be the party pool with high energy going all day.
The adults only area will include food trucks, private beach and more cabana options.
Calypso Lagoon includes options for all ages including 50 swings over the water.
In addition Calypso Lagoon has two full-service restaurants as well as casual snack shacks to provide island themed food to fuel the fun on the island.
Portals
It is exciting news that Celebration Key Portals Announced. The two portals look like a lot of fun.
In learning about the two portals, I am reminded so much about Perfect Day at Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean’s private island in the Bahamas. From the colorful walkway from the pier to the welcome of the water park tower, the Paradise Plaza looks very similar.
In addition, the adults only area at Calypso Lagoon sounds a lot like Hideaway Beach at Perfect Day at Coco Cay!
I am excited for an opportunity to check out Celebration Key after it opens in 2025!
