Delta Skyclub Chicago O’Hare Airport

This post is a review of the Delta Skyclub Chicago O’Hare Airport.

Access

I accessed the Delta Sky Club Chicago O’Hare Airport thanks to my American Express Platinum card which offers lounge access to Delta Sky Clubs when you are traveling on Delta.

The lounge access is in addition to the Centurion Lounge and Priority Pass lounge access that the card offers.

Reception

I approached the reception desk and was greeted promptly by the agent who asked for my membership card and boarding pass. I provided my American Express Platinum card and boarding pass. The agent processed the registration and she invited me into the lounge.

The agent explained that it was a self-service lounge and that I could find the restrooms near the coffee station at the center of the lounge. The agent thanked me and wished me a good day.

Lounge Setup

The lounge is a long hallway with several different seating areas. At the front there were a group of mini chairs and choices as well as tables.
