EXPLORA JOURNEYS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH EHL HOSPITALITY BUSINESS SCHOOL
Explora Journeys is a new luxury cruise line by MSC. There are currently two ships planned with the first one about to start in service. This article talks about a partnership for training of the team members by an elite hospitality business school. MSC is really putting a lot into the Explora Journeys brand. It looks like it will be a nice luxury experience.
The ships will sail all over the world on week or longer sailings. The price point is pretty high but it is consistent with suites on other cruise ships and they have some pretty good deals available as they begin operating.
HOLLAND AMERICA LINE OFFERS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES WITH “NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC DAY TOURS”
Porthole Magazine highlights some new options on Holland America in the Mediterranean for special tours in the amazing ports. I am looking forward to my Europe cruise soon. The tours described in the article look awesome! Maybe one day I will get to check them out!
The tour in Santorini that pairs people with locals for unique adventures sounds like a good experience.

I really love entertainment and live music. I have seen some amazing shows on the cruises that I sailed this year. So far Celebrity is my favorite, however, you can’t go wrong with some of the awesome shows on Princess as well!
I recently highlighted some of the experiences on Celebrity on several of the ships including Celebrity Summit, Celebrity Edge, and Celebrity Apex.

This is some interesting news about Royal Caribbean and a Private Equity Firm. The equity firm made a large investment in Royal Caribbean stock recently.
I have 100 shares of Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Norwegian because all of the cruise lines offer free onboard credit if you own 100 or more shares. During covid the share price was so low on these stocks it was easy to acquire. Now I keep them in my portfolio and submit a request for the onboard credit before every sailing. Carnival owns Holland America, Princess and several other lines to the benefits extend when sailing on those lines as well.
