Butcher’s Block by Dario
Butcher’s Block by Dario is a famous butcher shop run by Dario Cecchini.
The butcher shop has 48 years of experience since it was passed down by the Cecchini family.
The shop is located in Tuscan village of Panzano, Italy.
Princess Collaboration
Princess Cruises and Dario Cecchini have a collaboration in the works for Sun Princess.
The collaboration will be for a special restaurant on deck 9 of Sun Princess featuring steaks from the famous butcher.
In addition, Princess will be featuring special cuts of steak at Crown Grill on Sun Princess.
Similarly, the Crown Grill steak option will be a refined upscale menu designed by Cecchini. The menu features the “Bistecca Alla Fiorentina,” a distinctive Florentine Steak prepared with the bone, sourced directly from the prestigious Antica Macelleria Cecchini butcher shop in Panzano.
Sun Princess
Above all, Sun Princess will debut in February 2024 with European sailings before coming to Fort Lauderdale for Caribbean sailings in the fall and winter in 2024.
The ship offers 29 new and signature dining and lounge options. Most importantly, these food and beverage venues will offer something for everyone including the new collaboration with Dario Cecchini.
In conclusion, Sun Princess is a 175,500-ton, 4,300-guest ship and will be Princess Cruises flagship vessel with new entertainment spaces including Princess Spellbound. You can read about Spellbound in this article.
