Seoul Trip Report – Cathay Pacific First and Business Class Lounge at Seoul Incheon Airport
During this trip. I visited the Cathay Pacific First and Business Class Lounge at the Seoul Airport. The lounge was located on the upper level above all the duty free sales after the train from the other terminal.
I approached the lounge and found a shared lounge for both first and business class. The agents were welcoming when I arrived and they asked for my boarding pass and Oneworld Emerald card. I provided them and the agent thanked me and she asked me to enjoy my visit.
The lounge had two different seating areas and was an open concept. The lounge had a large glass window where you could view the terminal.
The lounge offered tables and chairs, as well as smaller couches and mini tables.
The lounge featured a buffet offering a couple hot options as well as chilled options. The hot option included dim sum and a soup as well as noodle packages that guests could add hot water to. The cold options included mini sandwiches, salads, pastries, chips and crackers.
The alcohol options included red and white wines as well as champagne and a variety of alcohols in self dispensing system. Beers, sodas, juices and water was also available.
I selected dim sum and a glass of champagne.
The dim sum was served hot. The dim sum had a good taste and flavor and there were a variety of options including, pork, chicken and vegetable. The champagne was served chilled.
Servers were present in the lounge area to restock the food options as well as to remove used dishes and glasses.
The lounge was quiet and comfortable and there were only a handful of other passengers present during the visit.
When I I departed the lounge, two agents were present at the check in desk and they both smiled, and thanked me and they wished me a good flight.
I felt that the lounge was enjoyable. It was clean, comfortable and the staff that I encountered were friendly and polite. I would return again in the future.
