The lounge was accessed via a tunnel and it was setup in a private area of the airport that was free of the airport announcements.

The lounge had two sections. One for business class and one for first class.

I approached the desk and a colleague greeted me promptly and welcomed me. After I presented my boarding pass and invitation the colleague thanked me and she informed me that I could access the first class lounge. The colleague invited me into the lounge.

The first class section was private and it was completely separate from the business class section.

The first class section had a staffed bar with bar stools at the front of the lounge. A seating area with tables and chairs was present near the bar.

The buffet area offered hot and cold food items. There were a few rice dishes as well and stir fry vegetables available.

The chilled items included pastries, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers and snack mixture.

A self service refrigerator was available with soda, beer, juice and water.

I approached the bar area and was greeted by a colleague. The colleague offered assistance. I asked if I could order from the menu. The colleague asked what I would like. I requested the beef Singapore Curry dish. The colleague asked if I wanted anything else from the menu. I declined and she offered a beverage. I requested Champaign. The colleague provided the glass and she said the meal would be served shortly.

I took a seat at one of the tables in the dining area.

The Champaign was served chilled. The Champaign was fresh and it had a good taste and flavor. The Campaign was dry and it was presented neatly in the glass.

The entrée was served about 10 minutes after ordering. The server delivered it to my table and she asked me enjoy it.

Chopsticks were provided at the table. The table was setup neatly and it was clean. The dishes were in good condition. The glasses were also clean and in good condition.

The entrée was served hot. The entrée consisted of a beef curry mixture with vegetables as well as rice with sesame seeds on top. Three small pieces of beef were provided along with a few vegetables. The sauce was thick and it had a bold curry taste. The vegetables were fresh and had a good flavor. The rice was light and fluffy and it had a goof taste. The portion size was medium. It was presented attractively.

After I finished the entrée, I relaxed in the lounge for about 20 minutes before my flight was scheduled to board.

When I departed the lounge the server thanked me as I walked by her. In addition, when I walked by the reception desk one of the colleagues thanked me and wished me a good day.

Summary –

The lounge was relaxing and enjoyable. It was a nice touch that they offered the made to order items from the menu. Not many lounges do that and there were a variety of items available. The quality of the food was excellent. The colleagues that I interacted with were polite. The lounge was clean and it was in good condition.
