10 Things love American Airlines
I am a big fan of American Airlines. I have earned the Executive Platinum status which has allowed me to travel comfortably these past few years.
There are 10 things that I love about American:
Being an Executive Platinum rocks –
With frequent upgrades and the ability to use systemwide certificates on international routes it makes travel comfortable.
Admiral’s Club Lounges Are Amazing –
Admiral’s Club Lounges are great locations where you can relax before a flight and enjoy a snack as well as great beverage. I love the additions at DFW that offers updated dining options and snacks for Executive Platinum members on some flights.
One World Access to First Class Lounges –
When I travel international, I get access to First Class Lounges such as Cathay Pacific the Wing in Hong Kong one of the world’s best airport lounges.
The Flight Attendants Are Awesome
American’s flight attendants are generally friendly and polite and they make you feel welcome.
American’s New Livery is Cool
American’s livery is awesome as it is simple and minimalistic with the distinguishable tail.
American operates some awesome new planes –
I love the 77W and the 787 Dreamliner
Exceptional Customer Service –
American’s customer service via Twitter and the Executive Platinum line are exceptional – They have solved travel issues quickly and most agents take as much time as necessary to help find the best award routes.
Expanded Route Network –
The route network keeps expanding to some amazing cities including Sydney, Auckland as well as several routes domestically like adding a non-stop flight from Minneapolis to Los Angeles, Washington DC and New York.
American Gives Back to the Community –
American gives back to the community and supports the military by employing a lot of veterans and servicemembers as well as providing flights for military families and children.
Complimentary Snacks –
American now offers complimentary snacks in economy on most flights including my favorite Biscoff cookies
