Hampton Inn Roseville MN
I recently toured the new Hampton Inn Roseville MN.
The tour was setup by Visit Roseville MN.
The hotel opened within the past few months and it has that new construction smell and feel.
Check out other guest reviews of the hotel on TripAdvisor.
Location
The Hampton Inn Roseville is 15-20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis in a busy area with a lot of shopping and great activities nearby.
Hotel Exterior Areas
The hotel is in the standard Hampton Inn design; however, I noticed a couple reserved parking spaces.
The parking spaces are for Hilton Diamond Members.
I didn’t realize that Hilton offered that for its most loyal guests. It was a cool option.
Lobby
The lobby was clean and had an inviting feel.
There was a fireplace fixture on the wall directly across from the reception desk which was a nice welcome. Two chairs were also there welcoming guests to relax in the lobby.
A public gathering area next to the lobby.
Public Areas
The hotel featured an indoor pool with a few chairs surrounding it. The pool water was clean and the air was fresh.
To the side of the main pool, there was also a medium-sized whirlpool for guests to enjoy.
The hotel also offered a fitness center with a variety of equipment and weights.
Guest Rooms
The hotel offered king size bed rooms as well as double bed rooms.
The artwork featured Minnesota scenes such as the Spoon and Cherry.
Outlets were available next to the bed for phones and other items.
The rooms featured a chair to lounge in.
Each room offered a refrigerator and microwave.
The furniture and fixtures were clean and in neutral tones.
Staff
The staff members that I interacted with were welcoming and they shared a lot about the hotel.
The staff members were polite and they provided a good tour.
Overall
I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inn’s over the years. I like the concept of the brand. The hotels are comfortable and they offer a great breakfast.
This new hotel is a great addition as it highlights some good improvements that the brand has made including enhanced breakfast options as well as rooms with microwaves and refrigerators.
Thank you to Visit Roseville MN for setting up the tour.
